I am in. Start 2014 events early. I agree with Jake, a good running base will be important for the rest of the years events.

Hope your weekend training went well. In between tracking IMAZ and the Chimera 100, I ran my first 18 miler this weekend at an 8:20 pace. Felt pretty good about it until those first steps out of bed this morning.

Anyone know of a weekend long run group that wouldn't mind a newcomer? Those LSD runs are a killer solo.

I signed up again for 2014. this race always gets me on track for the season. With 2 HIM and 1 IM planned for 2014, a strong running base will be important for me.

I ran 1:38 in 2013, and hoping to get under 1:35 next year.

Hope everyone's training is going well. Only 12 weeks away! I signed up on a 16 week plan and can't believe how fast the past 4 weeks went by. Now with the holidays creeping up, it'll be here before we know it.

Safe running!
