Come out to the track and practice drills/speed training to help you run faster. Coach Mike Collins (Multisport OC) will be running these workouts with an emphasis on improving form. You will benefit from attending these weekly workouts.

We have room for 75 people to compete for OC Tri Club in the USAT National Challenge Competition. This event runs from December 1st to February 28th. December is swim mileage (yardage), January is bike mileage, and February is the run. If you want to sign up - send a message to Ben Coy with your Name, Age on December 1st, Email, and USAT Number.
